How to cancel your order at ROeMart

Order Cancellation Policy

At ROeMart, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. Here's our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched from our warehouse
  • 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days
  • To cancel, go to My Account → Orders and click "Cancel Order" or contact our support team

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery at your doorstep, but two-way shipping charges will apply
  • These charges will be deducted from your refund amount

Please note: COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable in case of customer-initiated cancellations.

How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Log in to your ROeMart account
  2. Go to My Orders section
  3. Find the order you want to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Order" button
  5. Select cancellation reason and submit

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details.

Cancellation by ROeMart

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing errors or technical glitches on the website
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Delivery address is unserviceable
  • Customer provides incorrect or incomplete information

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

  • Online Payments: Refund to original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking/Wallet)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days from cancellation confirmation
  • COD Orders: No refund applicable as payment was not made

Custom or Bulk Orders

Custom-made products, cut-to-size items, or special bulk orders may have different cancellation policies. Please check with our sales team before placing such orders. Generally, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
