We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information or violate these Terms.

5.5 Products, pricing & availability

• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, descriptions and specifications. However, minor variations (colour, design, packaging) may occur due to updates by the manufacturer or screen differences.
• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned on the product page.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• In case of any pricing error or stock issue after you place an order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5.6 Orders & acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy the products listed in your cart.
• We may accept or reject your order at our discretion.
• An order is considered accepted only when we issue an Order Confirmation (email/SMS).
• We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any order due to stock constraints, pricing errors, misuse or suspected fraud.

5.7 Payment

• We accept payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and other methods offered by our payment gateway(s).
• By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Payment must be received in full before dispatch of the products.

5.8 Shipping & delivery (summary)

• Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
• Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, local conditions, holidays, etc.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address (or transporter's delivery, for some B2B shipments).

5.9 Returns, refunds & cancellations (summary)

• Return eligibility, timelines and procedures will be governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Products that are custom-made, cut-to-size, opened consumables, used, damaged by customer, etc. may not be eligible for return.
• In case of manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered, you must notify us within 1 day with proper proof (photos/video).
• Refunds (where approved) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

5.10 Warranty

• Warranty on products is as per manufacturer's standard warranty terms.
• Membranes, cartridges and other filtration media are usually classified as consumables and carry limited warranty for manufacturing defects only (not performance over time).
• Warranty does not cover misapplication, incorrect installation, water conditions beyond design, or physical damage.

Always refer to the individual product page and brand documentation for exact warranty coverage.

5.11 Use of products

• Many products are technical / industrial in nature (high pressure, electrical, chemical, etc.).
• You are responsible for ensuring correct selection, installation, operation and maintenance of products, ideally by qualified professionals.
• We are not responsible for damage, loss, injury or non-performance arising from incorrect selection, installation or use, or from operating outside recommended parameters.

5.12 Intellectual property

• All content on the Website (text, images, logo, design, product data, graphics, etc.) is owned by or licensed to ROeMart and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5.13 Prohibited activities

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vishakpatanam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
