Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy for returns, refunds and exchanges

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted when:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product received (with unboxing video)
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Unused items in original packaging (within 3 days of delivery)

Non-Returnable Products

For safety & quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

  • RO membranes (if opened)
  • Sediment, carbon & other filter cartridges (opened/used)
  • Water treatment chemicals
  • Cut pipes, hoses, wiring, custom lengths
  • Electronics damaged due to wrong installation
  • Custom-built items (e.g., SS skid, FRP assembly)
  • Industrial items already installed or commissioned

Proof Required

You must submit:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
  • Clear images of item, packaging, and invoice

Replacement Process

  1. Submit proof within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Our QC team reviews within 24–48 hours
  3. Replacement or refund processed as applicable

Refund Timeline

Refunds (after approval) are issued:

  • To original payment method
  • Within 5–7 business days

Shipping fees & COD charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • After shipping, cancellation is not allowed
  • If customer refuses delivery, two-way shipping charges apply
