Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12 PM are usually dispatched the same business day
  • Orders after 12 PM are shipped the next working day
  • Bulk/industrial shipments may require 1–2 days for preparation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays

We ship through trusted courier and logistics networks:

  • DTDC
  • BlueDart (select PIN codes)
  • Professional Couriers
  • VRL
  • SRMT
  • Transport LR for heavy consignments

Courier selection depends on product type, speed, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • South India: 1–4 working days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 working days
  • Transport LR shipments: 3–10 days

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Weight & dimensions of the package
  • Delivery location (metro/non-metro/remote)
  • Mode of transport (courier/surface/air)

📧 Shipping charges will be calculated after you place your order and will be communicated to you via email before dispatch.

We review each order individually to provide you with the most accurate shipping cost based on your delivery location and order details.

Tracking Orders

After dispatch, customers receive:

  • Tracking link via email/SMS (courier shipments)
  • LR number & transporter details (heavy shipments)

Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers typically attempt 2 deliveries
  • If unsuccessful, the parcel may return to our warehouse
  • Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery failures

Remote & Non-Serviceable Locations

If your PIN code is out of coverage:

  • We will offer delivery to the nearest courier hub, OR
  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund

We recommend checking serviceability at checkout before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please record an unboxing video for high-value items
  • Report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video
  • For lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner
  • Replacement or refund will be provided after investigation

Bulk & Industrial Orders

  • Bulk orders may require special packaging and handling
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on order size
  • For B2B orders, we can arrange freight/transport as per your preference
  • Contact our sales team for custom shipping arrangements

Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • PO Box addresses are not serviceable
  • Please ensure the delivery address is accessible to courier personnel
